August 2015

Oliver turned 11 months on August 4th.

Bruce found out he passed level 2 of the CFA exam!!!  

So Kylea and I made him breakfast in bed.

Bananas foster crepes and croissant breakfast sandwich

We went to a Hillsboro Hops game where 

Oliver refused to sit still and wanted to get down and crawl the whole time  :)  

We had fun walking around.

I made peaches & cream pie!

We went camping with our ward.

Ollie helped gather twigs & dirt to bring inside the tent.

We celebrated Hailey & Hollie's birthdays!

I auditioned for the Oregon Repertory Singers and made it!

This is right when I got out of the audition and told Bruce & Oliver the good news!

Oliver went on his first mechanical ride!  He loved it!

Summer 2015 Swimming Lessons

Oliver started swimming lessons in June for the first time at 9 months old.  He loved the water right away!  He's just getting better and better at splashing and kicking and jumping into Mom & Dad's arms from sitting on the edge of the pool.  Oh and waving at Grandpa & Grandma of course.  He enjoys staring at the lifeguard on duty while we go in circles singing primary songs which makes me think he's either interested in helping others or likes the idea of relaxing in a tall chair.  He loves 'chasing' the water toys, splashing and kicking across the pool.  He was even monkey crawling along the edge of the pool by himself at the last lesson!  I swear I only let go for a second....  :)
